Psychological Development for Elite & Professional Athletes

Learn the psychological strategies required to perform at the highest levels of international competition and achieve peak performance.

This program is offered over 12 weeks, and provides information and strategies required to develop the foundational psychological ability to perform under the pressure of competition.

You will understand how to manage the expectations of success, develop the psychological ability required to perform, build skills for competition, build resilience, and learn how to thrive under pressure.

This program is offered on an individual basis via Skype for athletes travelling internationally.

Competition Skills for Peak Performance

Thrive under the pressure in competition by learning the strategies to assist you to perform at your best.

Topics covered in the program include thought control for competition, performance anxiety, competition management, race planning, and psychological recovery. Practical information and resources will be provided to enable you to overcome the stress of the competition environment.
